The Beautiful Couples

Perhaps the most beautiful wedding I've ever filmed. I feel honoured to have taken part in this incredible day. Charlotte & Adam, who met during their time at Cambridge, were one of only a handful of couples each year, who are allowed to get married in King's College Chapel, Cambridge. For me (an Oxford resident!), I couldn't help but be blown away by the size and majesty of this historic building. And then for it be filled with all of their friends and family, it really was a special occasion. I'm very proud of this film and it might just be my new personal favourite! Tor and Toby’s wedding was the perfect mix of heartfelt and fun. They were married at their local village church, surrounded by friends and family, with the whole day feeling beautifully personal from start to finish. One of the standout moments was Tor’s dad singing during his speech (yes, singing!), which had everyone smiling. Tor also gave a brilliant speech of her own, complete with a few cheeky jokes about Toby’s love for trains..."Get that boy on the Eurostar". The guests looked incredible, the atmosphere was full of joy, and it was a real honour to capture such a special day. Big congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Gobourn—what a day! If 'Love Actually' was a wedding film. This whole day oozed with Richard Curtis romance and charm. The beautiful church in North Nibley was the perfect stage for a wedding between lifelong partners. The ceremony had some fantastic readings and you could feel the energy and excitement in the room. This is probably my favourite film I've ever made, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! This wedding was a particularly special one for me! Jenna had contacted me whilst I was still away in Australia (with no idea if we were coming back!). I told her I wasn't sure if I'd be able to film her big day, but thankfully she emailed me almost a year later and by that time, I knew we were coming back, and just in time for their wedding day! And I am so happy that I was, it was such an amazing wedding! I'm so glad I got to be part of it, just before they begin the next part of their lives in Hong Kong! My first wedding after 2 years of travelling in Austalia! And it was never going to be an ordinairy wedding! I absolutely loved these two, they were both such interesting, kind and thoughtful people. This was completely reflected by their wonderful guests and the tremendously positive vibe of the entire day. Polly's mums reading was a particular highlight for me. A beautiful reading that I've never heard before and delivered with such grace. Thank you so much Polly & Johnny for welcoming me back to the UK with a genuinely lovely wedding day. Brijesh and Qingli’s wedding at Ardington House was such a joy to capture! These two went all out to celebrate their cultures, starting with a beautiful English civil ceremony, followed by a sweet sand ceremony and a touching Chinese tea ceremony that had everyone feeling the love. Watching them serve tea to their parents and grandparents was so special – you could see how much family means to them. They even brought out the laughs with the Chinese bridesmaids game, which set such a fun tone for the day. And the food? Absolutely delicious Indian dishes that everyone loved! Brijesh and Qingli went the distance – literally – to make their love story work, and their connection was so clear in every moment. What a day! Mr. and Mrs. Milne-Evans tied the knot at the beautiful Tewinbury Farm in Welwyn, and honestly, everything was just perfect. The weather was stunning, their two adorable dogs stole the show, and the whole day was full of love and laughter. These two are big music lovers, always heading to gigs together, and that fun, laid-back vibe totally came through in their celebration. From the emotional moments to the big party, it was an absolute blast to capture it all.
