Contracts, am I right?

I've never been a fan of contracts, they're blunt and can come across as mean spirited. But they are also incredibly important and are there to protect both of us.

When it comes down to it, I'm a very understanding person and I will always do whatever I can to make sure you get the service you expect when you're paying that much money.

Behind this contract is just a person who is trying to run a company as fairly and as kindly as he can.
